Mission

Role Overview : The Visual Manager will oversee the visual presentation and creative development of our store windows across all locations. This role combines creative flair with practical visual merchandising skills to enhance the aesthetic appeal and commercial effectiveness of our store displays. Additionally, the Visual Manager will coordinate with the maintenance department to facilitate minor store maintenance or refits aimed at improving store environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Creative Direction:

    • Lead the creative concept and design of window displays and in-store visual setups that align with brand strategy and promotional activities.

    • Develop innovative visual solutions that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

  2. Team Leadership:

    • Manage and lead a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day operations.

    • Organize training and development sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest visual merchandising techniques and trends.

  3. Project Management:

    • Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and store operations teams to ensure timely execution of visual strategies.

    • Manage the visual merchandising calendar, ensuring all projects are completed within deadlines and budget.

  4. Maintenance Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the maintenance department to address any store refurbishments or minor maintenance needs that impact the visual presentation.

    • Ensure that visual and aesthetic standards are maintained during store updates and refits.

  5. Vendor Coordination:

    • Work with suppliers and vendors to source materials and props for window and in-store displays.

    • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external creative agencies if applicable.

  6. Performance Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual displays on sales and customer engagement.

    • Adjust visual strategies based on performance data and seasonal trends.

  7. Store Compliance and Standards:

    • Ensure all visual displays meet brand standards and quality benchmarks.

    • Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent application of visual guidelines across all locations.

Profil

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising or visual management, preferably in a retail environment.

  • Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Proficient in project management and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.

  • Proficient with visual design software.
